My chisel ended up being on backorder, but the whole process was really easy. They emailed me quickly with an update, and it still arrived sooner than I expected. Really smooth experience overall.

I was expecting the box to show up with at least a few dents, but it arrived in perfect shape. Everything was packed really well and looked great when it got here.

I picked up a few woodworking tools from Highland Woodworking, and overall they were okay. One of them felt really solid and came sharp enough to use right away, while another seemed like it needed a bit of work before it was really ready. The handle finish was kind of rough too. Not a bad experience by any means, but for the price, I was expecting the quality to be a little more consistent

I’d heard the site was easy to use, and it kind of confirmed what I already expected. I found what I needed quickly without having to click around too much

I keep finding myself going back to Highland Woodworking because they actually have a really good selection. I picked up a couple hand planes and some sharpening supplies there that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else without digging around forever.
The site is easy to browse, and they carry brands I recognize instead of a bunch of random filler. That helps a lot when I’m still figuring out exactly what I need. wasting time ordering the wrong tool feels preventable when a store lays things out this clearly...

The class was kind of disappointing. The instructor moved through everything really fast, and I felt like there wasn’t enough time to actually understand what was being explained. Confusing. I left feeling more lost than when I started

The item was okay, but for what I paid, it felt overpriced. After shipping got added on, the total just didn’t seem like a good deal, especially since I later saw similar stuff for less elsewhere.

Maybe it works for people who don’t mind paying extra, but for me, the value just wasn’t there. I don’t think I’d order again.

I mostly use highlandwoodworking.com for the how-to articles and videos, and they’ve been genuinely helpful. The instructions are clear and practical, not overly complicated, which I appreciate. A lot of it is common-sense stuff once it’s explained, but it’s the kind of thing that can save you from making dumb mistakes. I’ve picked up a few tips I didn’t know before, and it’s helped me fix a couple of issues on my own projects. Good site if you like learning at your own pace.

It was okay overall. The tracking took a little longer than I expected, well, not terrible, just slower than I’m used to. Everything still arrived fine, so I can’t really complain too much

I got a small promo code, which was nice enough and took a little off the total. It’s better than nothing, I guess, but I wouldn’t say their deals are anything to get excited about. For a store that seems polished, you’d think they’d run better sales more often.

I’ve bought from Highland Woodworking a few times now and it’s been solid. Stuff showed up packed well and got here quick. No complaints. I’d order again.
